    There were certain things that should have been disclosed prior to going which could have had impact on booking considering this was more expensive than most all inclusives been to. 1/ it states on beach but doesn’t mention that you have to pay for sunbeds and it’s a public beach. Not great. 2/ the tiers of all inclusive not explained. Shocked that there were 2 menus - all inclusive and premium all inclusive. Therefore meant not all drinks were free. Feels more like an upgrade to half board rather than an all inclusive! 3/ only 5* hotel that I’ve been to where we had to lug our own bags to our room and no porter service even offered. 4/ car parking was extortionate in the hotel. Charged £15 a day!!! For residents of the hotel not sure why you then have to pay for parking considering there’s also a free car park 5 mins away. Food was great. Entertainment was great. Staff really friendly.

    Food was cold everyday! The hot plates/lamps did not keep the food hot. It was only hot when freshly cooked for you at a cooking station. There was one very rude waitress in the main restaurant which the manager promptly dealt with and we didn’t see her for the rest of our stay. The rest of the staff were lovely and friendly throughout the hotel. The hotel is lovely very clean, the pools are great plenty of sun loungers and shades and the evening entertainment was brilliant.

    It was very nice, clean, spacious. Food was amazing and such a variety. I liked the bracelets you get on arrival which also acts as a key for the room. One less thing to remember. We had a few technical issues with the tv. It wouldn’t allow me to cast Netflix from my phone via the QR code. And we kept losing all the English channels. The technician did come to our room writhin 2hrs and rectify the channel issue while we were at the pool which was great. The pool area was lovely. We mainly stayed at the quiet pool as the main pool looked quite busy. I was excited to try La Dona the Mexican restaurant on the complex. But wouldn’t recommend it. It was basic Mexican. The food was warm not hot and didn’t seem freshly made. It put us off trying the other restaurants on site. So we stuck to La Sal main buffet restaurant which was incredible. I wasn’t an huge fan of the entertainment but that’s just personal choice. Overall we had a lovely relaxing holiday.
