    Provided no clean water restrauant staff said was from the tap.... what? Your not allowed to drink tap water tui makes this clear on booking, spoke to the manager as I became so poorly which is why I had asked about the water it tasted like the swimming pool being diabetic and vunable with disabilities I have to drink a certain amount a day for 7 days I lived on fizzy coca cola which my body is definitely not used to so you can imagine how much sugar intake this was for a diabetic is not good, on the 2nd day we had a do not disturb sign on the door all day and evening, on arriving back to the room someone had been in, I went down to reception to be told no no1 has been in.... weird the beds and clean towels just magically appeared between 8pm and 10pm that wasn't the point they cleaned at night it was the point someone had gone through my draw that had my insulin needles, controlled drugs and medication which could have been tampered with no house keeper needs to go in a draw to clean.... 5* going through draws absolutely not ok receptionist called said keeper she said no at 1st then when I said yes you went through my luckly empty purse which I keep my suitcase key in all day with me if by the pool in my diabetic bag all zips open I have long covid so im forever checking my stuff and families all zips closed even in winter on coats so people who was with me know the zips wouldn't have been open so we now have no trust in cleaners. Food was disgusting cold fry ups, same repetitive every day same pizzas, chips wedges the desserts all the same ice cream same fruits same was shocking I lived on chips and rice all week I actually just wanted to come home and eat and drink my own food, we spent just under £8,000 on a 5* which was more like a 3* on getting a extremley sore throat that felt like a paper cut in my throat, ulcers all over my tongue and bottom lip we visited a chemist who pointed to strepsoils which I had already been taking aswell as bonjella for my ulcers which luckily I had aswell this completely ruined our whole holiday on 2 days I lived on the loo which resulted in us buying bottled water, on previous holidays to iberostar they had fresh cold filtered water on each level and outside however this hotel had a filtered tub in pool side but was as hot at the 35c sun how is this ok, on the Thurs we had a meeting with manager he took one look at me and saw I was so poorly aswell as 3 other staff members at this point it was going into the restrauant no smiles no hellos nothing staff would point talk and laugh about us making us feel so uncomfortable that we now didnt want to eat in the restrauant at all, i brought this up with the manager Jamie aswell as the temp of food, the same boring food selection and the tap water he brought paperwork to show its filtered but clearly not been changed since it opened massive h&s as I know if I didnt have fresh clean drinking water I would not be allowed to open at work, My health took a battering what was meant to be my retirement, and my grand daughters sweet 16th in dec present it was a holiday from **********, eating alive by mozzys as clearly cleaner enjoyed opening the patio door so we had thousands in the room when we returned, the entertainment for 5* was shocking on the last day we avoided the restrauant completely. The hotel knew they was in the wrong and did provide us with 3 free glass bottle waters and said we can go to reception and ask for more im not sure why they would do this if what they said to tui was correct so clearly their filtered tap water was not ok to drink and we was given this also in the restrauant the last 2 days, im still ill now but have developed a dry cough so have ordered test for covid. We are extremely NOT happy with the lack of support from tui having always flyed with u no rep nothing on site no phone call awful service

    Was very pleasant staff were friendly room was lovely pool was lovely basically everything was 10/10 only things that were a bit annoying for a five star resort having to pay €75 for the bed sun loungers should be first come first serve not pay, also after 1am you had to pay for anything other than a larger in the sports bar

    “Geen 5 Sterren waard”

    Deze hotel is alleen geschikt voor families en is een goede 4 ster hotel maar zeker geen 5 ster. Te dicht bij het vliegveld waardoor er iedere 5 minuten een vliegtuig opsteigt en overvlieg.

    The Room and Facilities were excellent and we had a room with a Balcony overlooking the pool as requested. This wasn't a cheap priced Hotel - In fact initially it may seem a bit pricy but having been there now I would say it delivers great value for money.
