    “Najlepsze wakacje w naszym życiu”

    Resort jest przepiękny! Jesteśmy bardzo mile zaskoczeni tym, jak wszystko wyglądało. Przepiękny duży basen, mnóstwo leżaków (nie było problemu aby znaleźć wolne), piękne widoki, budynki, przepiękna roślinność. Codziennie można było spotkać iguany i różne gatunki ptaków. Co do pokoju, był bardzo duży, łóżko było ogromne i bardzo wygodne. Mieliśmy duży taras/balkon i piękny widok na resort i częściowo na morze. Mieliśmy jedynie małe uwagi co do pokoju, np. w jeden dzień nie mieliśmy ciepłej wody, w jednej z umywalek zapchany był odpływ, jednego dnia założono nam przybrudzoną i przypaloną pościel. Cała reszta w pokoju była w porządku. Co do reszty resortu, było wspaniale. Cudowne jedzenie, różne restauracje do wyboru, przez co jedzenie nie znudziło nam się po kilku dniach. Codziennie były bardzo fajne przedstawienia i koncerty wieczorami. Mnóstwo barów. Obsługa była przemiła. Jeszcze nie spotkaliśmy się z tak miłą obsługą podczas naszych innych podróży jak tutaj. Czuliśmy się naprawdę wyjątkowo, jakbyśmy byli kimś bardzo ważnym. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z tego wyjazdu i na pewno będziemy chcieli wrócić któregoś dnia :)

    Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but holiday was marred by hospitality staff around poolside who if they didn’t see dollars from us they ignored us and took a wide berth. Also in some restaurants staff did not look happy to be there. We paid thousands of pounds to celebrate my birthday only to find the room was set up for 2 adults only. We were a party of 3 so had no 3rd bed, gowns and towels for 2 and not all amenities in the room were available to us, not enough tea, coffee equipment and it was only rectified by day 3 after we paid the housekeeping crew. We heard other tourists complaining about same issues. Reception personnel said we will get these other things on request. This is not good enough as housekeeping staff should be made aware how many visitors to each room and set up accordingly. By Day 4 we were happy but it shouldn’t have taken this long. The schedule was known to management who has booked their hotel rooms weeks ahead. I will not be recommending them this hotel to my family and friends.

    Not a 5 start hotel. Very old acomodation. Broken lights. Phone not working. Cleaners missed the room in about 7 occasions
