It was an horrible experience. It was meant to be a 5 star hotel but it was far from it. The hotel was dirty, cracked tiles, paint peeling off the walls. We had a reservation that was a Sea View and they stuck us in a corner with barely any sea view, you could only see the chairs from the balcony below so we went back to reception to change rooms which took at least around 15 to 20 minutes to do so. So they moved us to another room by the pool and better view which was better than the first until on the way down we saw that some of the stairs had cracked tiles which is a matter of health and safety, the walls were completely peeling off, we couldn't open or close our balcony door as the key wasn't going in properly and at some point they changed the lock but that benefitted the hotel and not us, there was cables on the stairs, cupboards in the hallway open which a kid could go in there and hurt themselves, our bathroom had mold on the ceiling, another one of the cupboards in our room was also broken. The buffet menu was also very small and the food wasn't good enough for a so called 5 star hotel so me and my partner had to spend most of our money eating out. All hotel staff seemed miserable and rude. You would give them a smile and they would look at you so serious, no politeness. The only person in the hotel that was an absolute star was Luan (I think that's his name) the bartender ... and the cherry on top was the fact that on our last night there was a massive cockroach in our room. I have been reporting everything to TUI since day 1. And we want our money back. They called us on Saturday offering us 10% of our money back which me and my partner though it was an absolute joke. We asked for at least 50% and for the GM contact us and no word from him/her. And no word from them since at all. Tui emailed me yesterday saying that they haven't heard from them. I have no idea if they think we will forget about it but we don't and i wont forget until we get our money back. Its absolutely disgusting. I have no idea how TUI partners with this kind of hotel. It's definitely not what it was described to be. So I would like this to be chased ASAP. Thanks

“Schöne Anlage mit Mängeln”

Die Hotelanlage und der Poolbereich sind sehr schön, der Strandzugang ist relativ kurz und gut zu erreichen. Nur die Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich des Restaurants litten sehr unter Vogelkotverschmutzung, welche auch nicht beseitigt wurde, so das wir den Außenbereich zum Schluß gemieden haben.

Leider waren viele Insekten im Zimmer, ansonsten waren wir mit der Größe, Lage etc. zufrieden.

“Hotel ok aber in die Jahre gekommen”

Im Hotel wurden einige Umbauarbeiten durchgeführt. War allerdings dringend notwendig. Als 5 Sterne Hotel würde ich es in dem Zustand nicht bezeichnen. Allerdings war das Essen vollkommen ausreichend und die Kellner waren super nett. Insgesamt waren wir einigermaßen zufrieden.

“Anlage in die Jahre gekommen und Service nicht zeitgemäß”

All in Vorsicht: je nach Ankunft / Abholung weniger als entsprechend der gebuchten Nächte: bei früher Abholung und Ankunft vor Zimmerbezug kein Frühstück am ersten Tag (also nur eins weniger als gebucht), ebenso keine Getränke trotz all in vor Zimmerbezug - nach 8 Stunden auf den Beinen also weder Essen noch Trinken trotz all in Handtücher Vorsicht: Miete und Kaution jeweils 30,-, also mindestens 30,- pro Handtuch (die meisten Gäste haben am Pool keine Hotel-Handtücher benutzt) Mietwagen Vorsicht: die Kommission des Hotels für den Anbieter um die Ecke > 100% (Bestätigung durch Rezeption), online z.B. 3 Tage 60,- gegenüber Hotelpreis 135,- Renovierungsbedürftigkeit, Sauberkeit, Umweltschutz Anlage in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer insb. Bad renovierungsbedürftig, Barbereich und Poolbereich inkl. Duschen nicht gereinigt, Liegen alt und angeseilt, können für Sonne / Schatten nicht verschoben werden, dafür zu wenige Sonnenschirme, Plastikbecher auch an der Bar im Haupthaus weit weg vom Pool (generell zu wenig Gläser, Personal räumt nur Gläser ab, nicht Plastikbecher (vgl. Bewertungen zuvor)
