    The staff at the Hotel Grand Continental Tirrenia were amazing. They were always happy to help The hotel has a lovely ambience. We felt very happy there on holiday.

    Very clean. Food excellent. Pool lovely. Staff ok, relatively friendly for Italians, but bit stand offish too. Would be helpful to also have desserts written down at dinner, waiting staff had to tell us but was tricky understanding/being understood. (Such a British thing to say re language, but if written down would have been easier to work out ingredients,we are used to allergen details, and these didn't exist at all. Displaying breakfast and dinner times would also have been helpful. Telling on information told at check-in and that that information was accurate, which is wasn't!

    The accommodation was comfortable . The room was spotless and all the staff very friendly. The large swimming pool and the beach area were lovely. As a vegan the food choices were very poor with mainly fruit and veg and salad. The only guaranteed vegan protein was the peanuts served as an aperitif before dinner.

    A bit dated but very clean. A big room and very large bed. The bathroom was clean but a bit small. The air conditioning was a bit tired and cooled the room only slightly. A kettle in the room would also have been an improvement
