    This accommodation was described as “luxury resort” no far from it. It took me five days to get the room serviced although we did have clean towels after three days. On their website it described the rooms as having WiFi TV and slippers. We had none of that. All the taps needed replacing and the shower. I don’t think our floor was ever cleaned the balcony floor definitely wasn’t. It felt like our room and quite a few places needed a really good clean.

    It was advertised as 4 star and we paid for this. It was definitely not a 4 star and TUI should read all reviews and take action instead of misleading customers. Very dirty and shabby.

    Awful food, drinks, unclean. Miserable staff,lots of steep steps around the blocks of rooms unlit at night compromising safety, spa and gym smelt of sewage, damaged umbrellas around the pool. Not a 4 star hotel as they advertise - more like a 2 star. Photos on hotel website different to reality. No air conditioning in the reception area or dining room - resulting in warm fruit and salad. The food and drinks were the worst we had ever had at an all inclusive. TUI should not have this hotel on their books in my opinion.
