Centrally located for both magaluf and palma nova

Really nice and friendly staff and very clean hitel

Single room - small but basic and clean. Maid every day. Only downfall is no drawers for clothes and no fridge! If you wanted a fridge you had to pay for it!

The overall accommodation experience was disappointing due to several avoidable issues. Firstly, the check-in process was very inconvenient. We arrived at around 10am after travelling, yet were not able to access our room until 2pm, which resulted in an unnecessarily long and frustrating wait. The room itself did not meet expectations. The twin beds were uncomfortable and repeatedly separated during the night despite us having requested a double bed at the time of booking. There was also no fridge in the room, which was a significant inconvenience, particularly given the hot weather. In addition, there was no kettle provided, which is a basic amenity we would normally expect when travelling. Even an iron had to be rented, which felt unreasonable for a hotel stay. Breakfast was also disappointing. The serving window (9:30–11:00) was limited, and the selection was poor with very little variety. The food quality was underwhelming and lacked flavour. Prices at the hotel bar were also excessively high, including basic items such as bottled water. On a positive note, the staff were generally helpful, and the TUI representative, Ben, was present and available during the stay. The hotel is also in a good, central location, which was one of the few strong points. Overall, however, the stay fell below expectations due to the lack of basic amenities, poor comfort, and limited food options.
