Accommodation was close enough to the beach, 5 min walk. Only 2 small lifts which were problematic with 2 children’s buggies, especially at busy periods, like meal times.

The hotel is quite dated and in the bathroom many surfaces were chipped and stained. The sofa bed in our room was soiled. It was very clean however and the housekeeping staff were excellent. Vatious areas (a children’s play area, the sports bar) were closed for much of the time we visited. As we visited during a heatwave having the sports bar open would have added a helpful indoor option for people seeking respite from the heat. As we were in the main holiday season I had expected all facilities to be open. I didn’t find the hotel to be very child friendly. I travelled with a 5 year old and expected a stool for the bathroom as we have previously seen in other hotels booked through tui. My son also had difficulties selecting meals in the restaurant and snack bar for the same reason. Despite this we did find the food to be excellent and the restaurant staff very friendly. The hotel has a small children’s play area which is positioned between the kids pool and the smoking area. My son enjoyed the kids pool and the inflatables available, however this area had very few parasols and sun beds were reserved from very early with people not using them for hours at a time. Generally the pool area was incredibly crowded, and felt too small for the overall capacity of the hotel. The pool itself had a large shallow area which was great for younger children or weak swimmers. Overall it was a nice hotel but I feel it was overpriced compared to other hotels I’ve booked with tui and wouldn’t return, however I would recommend it to travellers without children that prefer to spend time at the beach vs hotel pool. The location is excellent.

The noise in your room from slamming doors , you could hear every conversation in rooms next door, so lack of sleep every night, not what you want on a holiday.

All staff were great and very accommodating. Kept our little one entertained. Great location
