    Already shared, see first page. Gave feedback to globales as well. Don't want to moan, have booked many times with Tui but information about the area is inaccurate as it is very quiet, which is nice but booked believing there would be just a little more around the hotel to make it worthwhile dressing for dinner. Staff worked very hard and most were pleasant

    The food in the main restaurant was always cold unless you managed to get something as soon as it came out. The quality of fish and meat was not good. Food was also always labelled incorrectly, it would have been a nightmare for someone with allergies or a vegetarian/vegan. Initially our room looked OK but as the week went on we noticed more issues such as damp across one wall, in the frames of pictures in another. No fan in the bathroom to take out condensation. A light was not fixed to the ceiling properly and you could see the wires. There was also no restocking of tea/coffee etc, we did it ourselves by taking bits from breakfast. The snack bar was good and food always fresh, service always great too. Reception staff were very helpful and the public areas of thw hotel always looked clean amd well kept.

    Our accommodation was clean but a little tired in places. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only down6was the food in the restaurant wasn't very hot, I would describe it as tepid, my husband had a freshly cook fried egg one day and even though he stood and waited for it to be cooked it was still cold

    Really nice hotel right on the beach. Got new towels every day and a quick freshen up of the room. Food was good, some things outstanding while others average. Great drink selection.
