    My accommodation was rated 3 stars . But should be rated 2 stars . The hotel need a makeover. The bedrooms are very dated.

    Recommended

    The transfer to resort was choas. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Texts came in next day about coach transfer. The resort rep sold us a trip with all the wrong information . We were told that we would have time to explore, when we were just taken from place to place. The guide on trip was very noligeable Very good. The on site rep did not know hotel info when asked. she new nothing of the the hotel activities.

    I would not go back to this hotel again i would not take my grandchildren there no security no gates at the side of this hotel anyone from the street can walk onto the premises. There's only 2 lifts for 9 floors. Hot food was bearly warm. Entertainment rubbish at night. if you wanted a kettle you had to pay 5 euros per day and safe was to expensive at 5l euros bad experience

    1st room was on first floor. There was a noisy bank of ac units outside my balcony and the bed was too small. I was moved to a better room. In both rooms i saw a silver fish. Lifts were too small
