Hotel outdated and room in bad condition. However the maids did good job and location was excellent and animation team were great. Reception were helpful and friendly

Das Globales America überzeugt vor allem durch seine hervorragende Lage direkt am Meer – der Meerblick ist einfach unbezahlbar. Auch das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Weniger überzeugen konnte das recht gewöhnungsbedürftige und eintönige Essen. Wir haben zwar immer etwas gefunden und wurden satt, aber ganz überzeugt hat uns die Auswahl der Speisen nicht. Leider hat sich auch die in vielen Bewertungen erwähnte Magen-Darm-Problematik bei uns bestätigt, auch wenn sich die genaue Ursache natürlich nicht sicher feststellen lässt und das Gott sei Dank nicht den gesamten Urlaub überschattet hat. Insgesamt ein solides Hotel mit Stärken bei Lage und Service, aber Schwächen beim Essen.

Food awful, staff at the hotel rude and couldn't careless. Hairdryer and shower broken. Meal times you were rushed and told to leave when they were shutting up in half an hour. The hotel was ment to be all inclusive but you had to pay for towels if you needed new ones and 50 euros for a safe key. You had to pay for water bottles but you could have a cup for free. If you filled your water bottle up, they would tell you off. There wasn't alot of food to choose from plus it was repetitive. The bathroom was very smell, think it was the toilet . In the lifts, there is times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 7-8 you would have a smiley face 😀, 8-9 would be a straight face 😑 the 9-10 would be an angry face 😡. In the past, we have been to all exclusive before and never had to pay for anything and the staff have been great but this hotel needs to be looked into .

The hotel was very clean and smelled like a spa-made a great first impression. Staff were helpful and we never felt rushed when seeking information. The food was good and varied, something for everyone. It would have been nice to have a bit more variety on the All Inclusive drinks selection. Courtesy room was a blessing in departure day. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with all aspects of the stay.
