    We booked a 5 star hotel and expected 5 star treatment. This hotel was more 3 star. A bit like Butlins as it was geared at families. The hotel was like a maze we found it very confusing and bumped into others who were trying to find their way back to their rooms. Supposed to be all inclusive but you get a free drink but if you wanted to have crisps you had to go by the by the pool.. adult pool was on a higher floor but no towels so had to go to pool outside. Booked a car waited in reception told where to wait the car had arrived but didn’t see us so went off and had to come back again. All the entertainment was in the main foyer and nowhere to go to be quiet and and getaway from the loud music. We booked out and found a much better hotel and paid again to stay there. It was close to the sea rather than a 20 minute walk coming back was nearly all up hill. Everytime we asked a question it was on the App. We like to speak to someone , the TUI Rep was missing from when we arrived until we left on the Sunday. Very disappointed but when we moved we had a much better time.

    Second time at the hotel on A/I board basis but would only go back on a b&b board from now on as evening meal was very disappointing compared to other Tenerife hotels which are cheaper

    The hotel was 5 star. The rooms had recently been refurbished and were lovely and clean. Staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful and very nice. Food was excellent with plenty of choice.

    We were all inclusive. Great Hotel, spacious rooms, very clean, food very very good and choices great, had to pay for certain branded drinks and ice creams however choices on offer more than adequate for our group. Excellent evening entertainment for adults, and although not much in terms of evening entertainment for children there was a lovely clean children play area which was always supervised by appropriate hotel staff member who did engage and interact with the children and this was open until 22.15.
