Accommodation was just what we wanted. Nice & clean & pool staff were constantly cleaning the area. Staff all very helpful, especially Tunde (animation manager). I was the only person for a yoga session one day but Tunde still did this with just me rather than cancel the session. Location perfect for us. 2 things not so positive. Firstly, a constant beeping from construction vehicles at a neighbouring building site. One morning this began at 7.23am which is not what you want when you're not setting alarm clocks so your body can wake up naturally on your holiday! I have a sound recording of this from another day at 8am which i will email in to the customer service centre as I was so sick of hearing it. Nothing the hotel we were staying in could do but it did spoil the holiday somewhat with the constant beeping through the day! 2nd thing was dealt with by the hotel. One morning, some work people began to channel out some sections of wall within the actual hotel which was very loud & vibrated through the walls as one section was close to our room. This also created a lot of plaster dust around the corridors which then was walked into the room on footwear. A complaint about this was made to the hotel reception staff who dealt with the matter swiftly & efficiently. No further drilling within the hotel was heard during the remainder of our stay but the external beeping noise was still ongoing & very annoying!
