    The hotel is outdated on day 1 the room flooded so called the reception and within minutes someone was at the room without telling the problem he went straight to it as if knew it was going to happen the whole room had flooded he just walked in said hardly anything then disappeared never to be seen again it was another maintenance guy I spoke to about it that went and got a cleaner and cleaned it up we had to use all the towels to contain the water and was left with no towels so had to ask for more towels Meals were very much the same most days and nights Ultra inclusive where had to pay extra 25 for named alcohol etc it was mentioned no where in the brochure and if I had read this I might not off booked The staff were miserable which isn’t good

    Not enough beds around the pool which made you pay for beds at the beach Cleaning staff letting themselves in in the morning no do not disturb signs Had to pay for drinking water Male reception staff very rude Food at pool snack bar very poor
