“Besviken resenär”

Har rest många år med TUI men nu har de blivit sämre på kundrelationer på plats. Allt är så digitaliserat och alla är inte så bra på det och på språket i det land man rest till. Skärpning ta hand om kunderna på plats i landet du rest till.

Location of the accomodation, beach and the sea and the quality of the food were excellent. Congratulations to the Chefs. On the beach there were plenty of sun beds and good beach staff. However, accomodation built in 1974 and partially renovated in 1980 is still too old and needs a lot of refurbishments. There was no wi fi connection in the room and the beach and very weak connection at the lobby and restaurant areas which also was cut off from time to time which put us in a difficult situation in communicating, including some vital bank transactions. The bathrooms were old, bathtubs still with old nylon curtains. Cleaning was satisfactory, as much as you can expect from such an old accomodation. Television had only Italian freeview channels. They could have installed some sattelite channels showing BBC World free of charge. There was a Sky TV service but again only in Italian. Briefly, we were very happy with the sea, beach and the food which was the main reason we have chosen this accomodation. However, we did not expect to come to a place as old as this with practically no wi fi.

“Trivsamt och bra på alla sätt”

Vi var där för 5:e gången i rad då vi alltid trivs där. Bästa poolen och beachen. Uppskattar att vara en del av den italienska kulturen i en vecka och deras goda fräscha mat. Allt funkar bra för oss, även kul med deras superbra kvällsshower.

“Wow vilken semester”

Hotellet var över förväntan, lite slitet men fräscht! Maten var kanon och stranden fantastisk.

The accommodation was fantastic. While the hotel shows signs of ageing, the rooms and common areas were fresh and spotless. Our room was one of the best we've ever had on such a holiday: comfortable, quiet, incredibly spacious (it must have been more than 50 m2), with comfy bed and linen, great shower and excellent cleaning. The food was fantastic, with plenty of choice and tasty dishes. Incredible choice of salads, meat (grill, roast), fish, pasta and pizza every day. We loved the Italian and Sardinian specialties (the roasted tuna and carpaccio were delicious, and so were the tripes and the bread carasau). The food area was nicely laid out so we never really had to queue. Service was again spotless. The beach was extraordinary. It is the only hotel in the area and I have never seen water so crystal clear. Fishes come and swim around you. There is a lot to see just snorkelling around. It was easy to get a sunbed. It never felt overly busy and you get the whole beach to yourself in the evening. You can walk along the coast and there is a natural park with hillwalking nearby and an archaeological site (roman villa); this could be better signposted because they are worth it and walking distance from the hotel. You can take the bus to the peninsula that has Neptune's cave, 10 minutes away. It is very beautiful. There are buses to Alghero too, which is a lovely vibrant town. Buses are not super frequent or reliable unfortunately, and taxi is around £45 to Alghero. All in all, we had a fantastic and what felt like a truly authentic Italian experience (75% of the guests in the hotel were Italian). The staff were lovely.
