We have stayed at this hotel for four years and we had problems being located in the older part of the Hotel mainly due to the fact that other guests are incredibly noisy when they come in and slam the doors which have no soundproofing, but the last two subsequent years you were placed on the new side with slightly larger rooms and we were happy with the accommodation and we began to know the area and get around Rome. This year we were given a room under the cafeteria so the noise from 5 am was excruciating. We changed to another room which was dark dingy over the terrace so when people smoked the room filled with the smell of smoke in the bathroom, The bathroom black mould I needed updating the toilet seat didn’t work plug sockets didn’t work nowhere to put cosmetics peeling wallpaper lots of marks on the walls. The phone didn’t work. We had saved all year for this holiday. it’s the one break that I take with my daughter we won’t ever be going back to Fragrance St Peter again the staff shout and talk loudly from 6 am in the morning. You can hear everything Word for Word on the ground floor in the old block the cleaning ladies shout and start talking before 8 o’clock in the morning one day people were talking outside our room at 7:30 and it turns out to Decorator had started to type up the stairwell for painting so just talking and the sound of ripping tape before 8 o’clock I mean it’s just a joke this Hotel does not care about it’s clients ability to sleep and just they just make as much noise as they as they want seems a very weird time to start decorating when the hotel is full.

Staff were really helpful. Had a small issue with our room and they went above and behind to help.

Accomodation was fab near st Peter basilica recommended

Prefect hotel rooftop terrace had stunning views of St Peter’s Basilica Dome perfect location within walking distance to the Vatican Staff were so nice and accommodating Breakfast was lovely Hotel very clean

Dated but clean bathroom very clean which is important to me ,staff very friendly and helpful. Really good place ideal for site seeing. One comment the smell from the drains was bad in the bathroom at times.
