We paid extra for a superior room which had mould and broken tiles. No tea and coffee facilities as stated in your description. Even the jacuzzi had seen better days and had broken covering around the jets. Safe wasn’t working on arrival and parasol was broken. This was put right when we complained. Floor outside our room (by jacuzzi, wasn’t swept the whole time we were there, leaves and bird poo on floor. Room wasn’t ready on arrival - had to wait til 3pm to get in. We’ve never experienced this before in a four star hotel. We’d been up in the early hours and were tired, no where to rest. Could leave cases in an unlocked room and had to pay for lockers - no where to change clothing or my husband to do his diabetic injection There is absolutely no way this is a four star hotel, you should be checking before advertising as such. This hotel is tired and in need of renovation or down grading. Very disappointed in the whole experience. No rep on site, which we didn’t realise. That should be made very clear when booking. .

Everything at our accommodation was lovely. The rooms nice and clean and cleaned daily. The food selection was broad so could try something new each day and the Drinks available were excellent. Will look to come back there again

It was easy to get to get to from the airport. Brilliant accommodation.

We arrived at this hotel before 12 noon and we're told we could not get in room till 3pm but if it was ready earlier we could go in the room, we'll i dont know what happened but we never got in our room till 1550, we were hot and just wanted to get changed into cooler clothes, they did offer for us to change in the toilets where there wasn't enough room to do this and the baggage room was rammed so couldn't put cases in the room provided, when we got in our room the bidet was cracked and the handle hanging off the bathroom door and we nearly fell n floor as the floor was soaking wet with no sign. Then there was the noise 24/7 people out partying till all hours coming in screaming and shouting then doors banging at all hours and the curtains in the room(2222) had no blackout behing curtains which makes the room very light and next to no sleep as room not dark( we like dark room) we did complain at reception and there reply was we can change your room but we can't guarantee you a pool view( we'll we upgraded the room when we booked over 1 year ago). Safe to say we will not be back to ibiza and you need to update the details of hotel as its only 19 minutes from hotel and you need to mention the noise of the aeroplanes day and nightly , we did not feel safe to go out the hotel alone as we were stopped every occasion by ethnic minorities offering to sell us drugs, also could not really watch TV as to much interference making programs jumpy

First room which we paid an upgrade for was awful dirty, tired, neglected mosquitos squashed on walls and no proper curtains didn't get the room until 5pm after arriving at 10.30am first day ruined, had to complain several times finally changed rooms which was excellent
