    Recommended

    It was a really family friendly hotel with lots to do and felt super safe. I know there are some reviews about staff being rude and unhelpful but I genuinely do feel this has lots to do with your attitude towards them If you say please and thank you they can’t do enough for you and are so helpful and sweet (especially with young children) however if you are rude you get those vibes back from them (which I think is a good think, nobody goes to work to be disrespected and shouldn’t have to accept this as standard behaviour)

    for a 5star hotel the accommodation services did not reach standards of 3star hotel. bed linen not changed at all during 11 night stay, only 1 bed made twice, other 2 not at all. bathroom cleaning only involved emptying bin and fresh towels. mini fridge should have been replenished every day for free but if we did not ask, nobody would care

    Hotel was good however we had an issue whereby there was a water leak. My wife slipped and fell, heavily brusing her knee. We called the hotel concierge at 15:15 an hour later I called again and they said someone would be right up. It took two further calls and then they attended after 19:00. By the time it was sorted we missed an evening out. Further to this we reported issues with the shower and bath. None of it was repaired whilst there. Considering the cost of the whole holiday im not satisfied with the service provided. On a couple of occasions the snack bars ran out of foods and also the main pool bars ofter ran short of glasses and coke.
