The apartment was quite large for 2 people. It was basic but had everything you needed. The cleaning was hit and miss when it was done. I asked the reception and they said it’s scheduled to be cleaned every 3 days. We didn’t feel was enough.

Open bins in kitchen and bathroom. Emptied twice and for a third time after comlaint. Poor for hygiene and pest control. Towels chamged 15 th and 17th and on 19th after complaint. No rail to hang towels only two pegs and no ventilation apart from ceiling extractor. Man at reception said not\"contactually \" required to provide new toilet rolls or empty bins. In response to my advice that I would I would be putting my comments on Trip Advisor a single toilet roll, new towels and the bin was emptied. Very poor housekeeping. The beds were not changed or made up the whole week.

Very spacious apartment. Clean and well equipped. However, poor communication from staff. Told nothing at check in and only found out that rooms aren’t serviced every day when we went to ask why our apartment had not been cleaned. We were told every second day then when this didn’t happen we were told every third. It was every second when towels were changed and bins emptied. Bed linen and cleaning done once a week.

Lovely hotel in a good location, very clean, the pool was good and the staff were nice, the reception staff did try and charge us €15 for an early check in but we just waited until the room was ready and the only thing we didn't like was during the week the bar was closed after 3pm, although reception staff did offer to get us a drink if we needed one.
