    No atmosphere at this hotel, no interaction with the staff, their English was very poor. The pool barman was rude and overall I felt like an illegal immigrant instead of a valued paying customer. The food choice was shocking the beer quality was extremely poor. There just seemed like a disinterest from the Hotel overall. You are here so what, you what you get. I had two cold showers as the water went cold, one morning I woke up to find that the water had been turned off completely. There was no water to flush the toilet was or shower!.

    Superb hotel, excellent service from staff, phenomenal food and drinks available, great gym and other facilities, ideal location. To summarise: excellent!

    Very nice hotel but nowhere to sit in evening at time of year if not warm. Hotel across the road loud until 5.30 in the morning. Moved rooms twice. Staff were excellent and sorted problems promptly. Smoking in the covered area of the restaurant stopped us sitting outside to eat. Smoking on sunbeds was awful. There should be a smoking area.

    Criticism Smell from bathroom drains when A/C turned off. Room 518 Replacement tea and coffee facilities not topped up Internet signal drops off around the pool area Location of bar by pool was only facility for alcoholic drinks no bar inside hotel TUI rep not easily contactable - not good in event of emergency Room kettle had to unplug as would not auto switch of when boiled Good points Plenty of food choices Efficient and friendly staff Hotel very clean including pool area. Hotel location excellent - although dependant on which side of hotel you are some rooms are opposite a late night music bar
