It doesnt meet the 4* resort as described. Pool area - poor - very very cramped no personal space - clostrophobic Food could have been warmer and slightly more choice Some Bathrooms had no shower screen making it a wet room but the water from shower was everywhere and i mean everywhere The floor areas of the outside could be washed down and made to appear cleaner than what they were

some parts required updating, pool loungers like sardines, drinks choice poor and not very nice tasting, food was good - parts of the hotel like lounge and bar were drab, no spark to the design and the downstairs bar was depressing. shower door doesn't close properly

The accommodation was great. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating for anything we wanted. My only criticism is the food

I have already discussed with so many different people at TUI. We had no help from the hotel, after we call TUI, they never attempted to contact us, we were told we had to look for 3 options if we wanted to move hotels and as it was a Saturday, it could take upto 3 days to organise. We only went for 7 days!!! The contact at TUI was condescending, to say the least. Very disappointed with the hotel, it was quite tired looking, our room was ok, pool area terrible, we went out most days to a beach club which cost us so much extra, to say we booked an all inclusive. We spent around 60 euros per day that we had not expected. And we should be reimbursed.
