    Nie polecam hotelu. Obsługa restauracji bardzo arogancka. Stoliki brudne, długi czas oczekiwania na wolny stolik na posilkach, kelnerki zapominały o zamowionych napojach. Bardzo brudna strefa przy basenie

    Not happy that all families had to wait 2hours for their prams after getting to bay 2 to collect baggage coming back to Manchester. While there was TUI baggage enquiries right next to us but no one to speak to

    Not enough staff - long wait times at the bar as only one bar for the whole pool area. Same goes for the restaurant - long wait to order drinks at lunch/dinner and sometimes hard to find a clean table to sit at. Also aircon wasn’t switched on on dining spaces making it quite uncomfortable to eat at. Pool area didn’t seem to be cleaned daily. Floors were sticky with spilt drinks and were not washed down in the one week we stayed.

    There were a few issues which had put me off returning to the hotel. List as follows Firstly broken electrical items- coffee machine broken at breakfast causing queues at the 1 machine. 2 toaster and again 1 broken. Cleaning- Pool area was constantly dirty with plates,food, cutlery left around the pool for days (distgusting). Floors never looked to be cleaned. Staffing levels- completely understaffed in all bar areas and restaurants. Low staff causing constant queues and the bar running out of cups due to nobody collecting/tidying used cups. Lack of staff in the restaurant causing tables to not be cleared and covered up n food. Food was below average and that’s being generous. In the bar and entertainment at night there was no working air conditioning and the room was just too warm to sit and watch the entertainment. Other than my son enjoying the pool and the rooms we’re not to bad I have no further positive comments about Elba . Will not be returning
