Hotel was very grubby and lots of broken items. Staff were quite moody. Food was very repetitive same thing every day Hotel looked like it came out out of the 80s

Not clean Run down

Our room was infested with bugs. There were bugs in the bed, on the floor, in the sink, and we even found bugs in our hair after sleeping. When we returned home, we also discovered bugs in our suitcase. We were left with bites all over our legs, arms and chest, and had little to no sleep because of the infestation. The bath was covered in rust, and the room was so unhygienic that we couldn’t even put our toothbrushes on the sink. The food was also very poor, with very limited options available, and we both suffered severe diarrhoea after eating. When we asked to change rooms, we were told there were no suitable rooms available apart from one that was in an even worse condition, so we had no choice but to stay where we were. This holiday fell far below the standard we expected from TUI and had a significant impact on our trip. I have photographs to support my complaint and would appreciate your investigation and an appropriate resolution.

No evening entertainment nothing for children to do, so they just run around the bar. Gym equipment old and alot of it in need of repair. Rooms would benefit from a deep clean and a fresh lick of paint Floors quite dirty in bar and restaurant
