My hotel was not like any I have been recommended to stay in on previous holidays I have booked it was in the middle of noisy streets workmen working on a building behind our hotel during the day so pool was not a place to be I complained to reception staff 4 nights in a row and nothing was done to stop the noise from next door I asked to be moved and I would pay for another room again I was told no rooms available breakfast was basic ended up booking 3 experiences they were ok but very rushed and not enough time to take it in the previous holidays my hotels were Tui I guess this is what I done wrong this year my room was on a busy stree and not pool facing either

Hotel was ok had a noisey drain outside it banged everytime so someone drove over it ,food was absolutely disgusting cheap cuts meats , pizza as a main meal ,99%was served cold won’t be back there

Staff in the hotel very friendly and all so helpful, making my holiday stress free. Great choice of hot, tasty food & drinks at breakfast and evening meal time. Hotel room kept so clean everyday thanks to the lovely cleaners there.
