    Our accommodation experience was very good. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, and we found the accommodation to be a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay.

    The staff were amazing. Absolutely made the holiday 100%. The restaurants and ease at booking these was great, much better than other all inclusive a we have been to. We upgraded our room in arrival to preferred room with lounge pool because we wanted access to the preferred amenities but the location of the room was probably the only slight disappointment - same floor as reception, a through way for people walking g through from the other side of the hotel (lounge bar, coffee shop) so quite noisy. Also you could hear all the pool noise, kids pool area noise and people playing pickle ball! We weren’t in our room alot but that was a little annoying

    Helpful friendly staff, excellent fresh food at the multiple restaurants. You didn’t even have to go to the bar as the staff would come to the pool/beach and take your order. Excellent

    The transfers once we got to Mexico were all screwed. There were loads of reps and loads of people that had been waiting for over an hour. We then become ones to be waiting over an hour being told to give them 15 mins and then they’ve got a mini bus coming in 15 mins. Over an hour later we finally got in. Our hotel was nice but it wasn’t very clear how far away we were from the hotel zone. The golf (this is part of the resort we thought) even if it is part of the hotel still cost a ********** of a lot of money. You’d think by staying at the hotel you may have got a slight discount or some perk of some sort but it still cost £190. The spa was extremely expensive. A massage for 1 hour for 1 person costing £150 is extortionate. I’m only charged £55 at home. The restaurants and buffet service wasn’t explained very well so we found ourselves a bit lost for the first few days. The boat trip we felt a bit conned out of money. We booked via the hotel so trusted the team on board. They recommended to go with a guided tour around the island which they wasn’t clear about their prices so cost us £200. I understand this was partially our error but given that we put our trust in the crew it was a bit disheartening. The entertainment was okay. Very same ish for the few shows we did see and then there were stalls that were selling trinkets etc some nights that were ridiculously priced and pushy for you to buy. The staff were lovely.
