    Room was not what we expected for what we paid for as we were informed a few weeks before we went that they were doing work on lot of the rooms ,our outlook from the balcony was awful ,just trees and the walkway and road for staff and trucks delivery goods ,so never used the balcony as it was always busy with noise ,the pool was so big and lovely but they had issues with the chemicals and turned all our swimsuits green ,had to complain,they did try to rectify the problem but every time you went swimming it just turn us and my swimming costumes green ,so they are all ruined and they were new. Cockroachs in the room ,one night one ran over our dinner plate as we ate in the room .Also my son who was in the wedding party had eaten at one the hotels restaurant, had clam chowder and ended up with food poisoning, saw the hotel doctor ,ended up in ambulance blue lights as he was very very poorly, in hospital for over 7 hours ,he ended up on loads of medication ,which cost me £1,475 ,as my son didnt realise with his bank that he had the wrong travel insurance, which we rectified afterwards ,so will never go to that hotel again ,as I feel they didnt take much responsibility for making my son very ill .

    All aspects of the accommodation were excellent, good view from the balcony, cleaning staff doing their duties to a high standard. Towels were changed with no trouble, mini bar stocked up, water delivery everyday All ares of the accomodation was outstanding

    Such an amazing resort- wide choice of food and activities. All staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you., nothing was any trouble for them

    Pay a bit more and stay in the preferred club. Beautiful grounds and pools. The drinks are top notch. The concierge was very helpful he helped with any problems. Michael the concierge dealt we restaurant reservations and mad recommendations. We loved the French restaurant. We also had a romantic meal on the beach best night.
