    We stayed in Hyatt Ziva Corfu. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the concierge who took our bags and ushered us to the lounge where we were greeted by one of the check in team with a nice glass of bubbly. It made us feel that we really are in a 5 star hotel, no queuing in reception. As we’ve arrived later for lunch and the restaurant was closing we were asked if we wanted to have lunch before completing the check in. We were escorted to the restaurant where we enjoyed the fantastic freshly prepared food and drinks. After lunch we completed check in and had the keys ready. We were escorted by the concierge to the buggy and drove us to our rooms, explaining each buildings and showing us around the area. As we were staying there as a surprise birthday holiday, we walked into our room with a lovely chocolate mouse cake and very nice red wine! The room itself was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The mini bar was stocked with selection of drinks which were included and refilled daily. The area was great, close to shops, restaurants and tavernas in case the all inclusive wasn’t enough. We loved going for walks around the area daily, meeting the locals and the cats!!! The resort had everything you needed and couldn’t ask for more. The food was 100/100!!! Staff were amazing and very friendly. It was truly a great resort and would definitely return.

    Lovely hotel - would recommend Tiny things just to make it flawless - not enough hooks I. Bathrooms for towels bags etc Some evening entertainers were too calm and finished too early
