    The hotel is very good. Very clean and the staff are very friendly and receptive (mostly). The only exceptions being that the room cleaner needed to sharpen her pencil. She left empty bottles in the room for a few days at a time. The speciality restaurant booking on the hotel app was woeful. It was not possible to book via the app, as it constantly said that there were no places available. This was the case 1 minute after midnight when the days places should have been available. The same response was given at 2 mins, 5 mins 10 mins etc. A member of the restaurant staff explained to us that they had trouble with the app all the time, and that their restaurants were nearly always half empty. We did eventually get bookings, but this had to be done verbally with a member of their customer service team. And it took a couple of days for them to confirm. Apart these hiccups, we had a great time.

    The main lounge at Dreams Corfu is like sitting in an airport lounge with smoking allowed everywhere. Hotel app didn’t work for booking restaurants.

    As previously stated we felt misplaced around the restaurants you could book into which you couldn’t on the app. We have made a complaint. Also they were very short staff even though the hotel had been open for well other a month at this point.
