    Recommended

    we booked a premium room which was described as having a terrace and the photo during booking showed a ground floor room with a terrace. When we were checked in we were given a first floor room with a balcony, not what we paid for or were expecting. The resort were amazing and said they will try to move us to the ground floor the next morning, they were true to their word and the next morning we were given a ground floor room with terrace. Apart from that the accommodation was faultless, couldn't ask for more and will definitely be returning when we can.

    From the minute you arrive staff can’t do enough to make your stay perfect. The anniversary gift was an unexpected surprise. As was the upgrade as a returning customer.

    Hot breakfast items were barely warm. Were told there was nowhere to eat when we arrived, although they did find us a table. Coffee and milk barely enough in room. Scales in room not working. Access to town poor. Very expensive food, sometimes of poor quality. Worst moussaka ever - just a bowl of slop served dangerously hot. Beach/pool bar closes at 5pm. Generally very disappointing for such a beautiful hotel. Some service quite poor.

    this hotel is out of this world for quality, customer service and dealing with any minor issues. Food was 5* as was the service in the restaurant.
