    Recommended

    We had to request a room change since the sliding door to the balcony would not work in our allocated room. We ended up in room 137 in the main building which was spot on.

    We booked the ‘Grand Sapphire Nest Suite’ however on arrival the suite was made up as two bedrooms with a connecting door. The picture showing when we booked was a bedroom with the other room made up as a lounge (this gave more available space in the room) The rooms and bathrooms were quite small with inadequate storage space even for two adults (room states 2-4 adults) the wardrobe hanging space was far too short for ladies dresses which resulted in having to fold bottom of dresses on to shelf! Also only one available drawer to put clothes in which was inside the wardrobe. We expected more for an expensive five star hotel…

    When we arrived was taken to our room which was a disabled room . No wardrobe space we complained and was offered another room we were supposed to have a garden view but the view was of a kids playground and a storage area we did not accept this room after some negotiations with the general manager we were given an upgrade to a sea view not a good start . Every thing was fine after that but should not have happened
