    Accommodation was perfect for us. It was beach front. I could walk from my lounger at the hotel into the sea in a minute. Excellent for sea swimmers like myself.

    The hotel is very relaxing not a place if u want entertainment. The staff are the main feature of this hotel. Although probably not a 5 star

    The accommodation was comfortable and the extra touches such as the welcome pack, very welcoming. We didn't particularly like the shower and sink being in the bedroom and would have preferred this in a separate room. The hot water was an issue, either too hot or zero. We did run out of shower gel, and had to request a new bottle, even after leaving the empty container out for the cleaner to be refilled.

    At the time of booking a complimentary platter in the room on arrival, this did not arrive At the time of booking we were informed that we would have a butler services, this did not happen We were informed that the AI premier package which we had booked included premium drinks, this was not available. Overall we were promised at the time of booking additional services that were not available
