Desperately hoping to return to Beach Club one day, such a fantastic location and the most wonderful staff. One lady was so kind as we left she brought tears to my eyes, taking her time on her break to find me and say goodbye. It meant the world to me.

Excellent facilities and clean roons

Our accommodation experience fell significantly below the standard we expected from a premium Disney resort booked through TUI. Although our original room appeared clean and well presented on arrival, we later discovered multiple blood stains on the bedding, including stains that had soaked through to the mattress protector. We also found marks on the second bed, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. As a result, we were required to change rooms, which caused disruption and loss of valuable holiday time. The replacement room was located next to what appeared to be a laundry or service area, where loud machinery noises occurred regularly throughout the day and night. Despite reporting the issue, the noise continued and woke us during the early hours of the morning, resulting in a second room move. While hotel staff attempted to address the issues, the repeated room changes, delays, and time spent resolving problems had a significant impact on our seven-night holiday. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our stay, a considerable amount of time was spent dealing with accommodation issues that were entirely outside of our control.

Great location for a hotel. Walking distance to one Disney park and short boat ride to another. Very clean hotel. Swimming pool awesome!!
