Just excellent all round service

i have sent a complaint to tui whist in resort and it raised with the owner and several guests had the same issue , there was a string smell of parrafin all around the rooms on day 3 uou sould not use the balcony as we like to do for breakfast or on an evening , it was so overpowering the lady in the next room had no aircon so could not leave her door open , the other people in our party had there window above the generator or tank and so was shocking for them as well , we came back the next day from a pool and the gas valves box was open and there was fire extinguisher outside my sisters room although we were told it was not dangerous , felt cheated as we could not use the balcony for the last 4 days which while self catering had a massive inpact on our holiday and health and being prone to chest infections this was a major concern , tui did respond initially and asked for more information abd had no further response to date

Very clean, well maintained.

Staff were very friendly Room was clean Apartment very poor wardrobe had to be closed using a hair band. Poor equipment in room. Handle hanging off kitchen cupboard. Balcony had a ver large lemon tree in front of it so you felt like you were sitting in the tree. No light could get into the room. The bathroom was extremely dated cramped and overall dingy. Rust was dropping off the sink underneath and the shower head had no bracket on the wall so you just had to hose yourself down. The other apartments in the block looked lovely but Room 15 was very poor

very nice host we were self catering & the location to shops bars ect was brill the place was a little dated & the bathroom is in need of a serious update comfy beds though.& the place was spotless would recomend but wont return untill its been upgraded.
