Upon arrival, check-in was straightforward, and our first impressions of the hotel were very positive. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean throughout. We were shown to our room; however, there was no assistance offered with our luggage. During check-in, we were also informed that air conditioning as part of the all-inclusive package was only available between 7am–11am and 4pm–7pm. If guests wished to use the air conditioning outside of these hours, there was an additional charge of €10 per night. This was disappointing, as we had booked an all-inclusive package and expected essentials such as air conditioning to be fully included. The room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom felt a little dated, particularly as the shower was situated over a bath. As we arrived late, we were told that food had been left in our room for us, which was appreciated. This consisted of two sandwiches, two small salads, and two desserts. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were stale. We were also surprised that no bottled water was provided on arrival, meaning we had to go straight to a nearby supermarket to buy some. The hotel has two swimming pools, which was excellent as there were always plenty of sun loungers available. I'd particularly like to mention the barman working at the pool bar near the slides, who was friendly, hardworking, and a real credit to the hotel. The food was generally good, and there was always something available for everyone. However, we found the selection quite repetitive, especially over the course of our stay, and ended up eating out several times for more variety. The breakfast was definitely the highlight and was consistently enjoyable. The all-inclusive drinks offering included a selection of cocktails, spirits, and one beer on draught. Additional premium drinks were available at an extra cost. Again, we were surprised by the number of items and services that were excluded from the all-inclusive package. This was our first time visiting Greece, so perhaps this is more common there, but in our experience at other all-inclusive resorts, anything not included is usually clearly separated from the main package. One evening, after returning to the hotel at around 1am after watching football, we were quietly talking while walking back to our room. A receptionist walked past and rather abruptly told us to be quiet, despite us not being particularly loud. We felt this could have been handled in a more polite manner. The hotel also has an à la carte restaurant at the rear of the property, but this is not included within the all-inclusive package. On a positive note, the entertainment team were fantastic. They were friendly, energetic, and worked incredibly hard to keep both adults and children entertained throughout the day and evening. Overall, I would rate the hotel 3 out of 5 stars. The hotel itself is clean, attractive, and staffed by many friendly people, but the number of additional charges and exclusions from the all-inclusive package, combined with the repetitive food options, left us feeling somewhat disappointed.

It was very clean and not too big a hotel so you are made to feel special there.

Why when I booked for 8 people would you leave me insulted and overcharged for a room not as described or acknowledged as such. The room was lovely. Not what I was either told described or pictured on your site. Ceri at Cardiff tried to help but after 2 days and a wedding to attend for my son we had to resign the complaint until I got home. But for £532 I got a one room bedroom and a nice bath I never used or needed. Not a suite as agreed with your rep on the phone when I booked. So disappointed. I’m the key tour booker and you hacked me off !!

Totally dissatisfied with the hotel, not enough sunbeds, food was awful and had to eat out. Raw chicken, rep was awful didn't do a welcome meeting we had to go looking for her. Queues for drinks as only one staff on. Guest were loud and rowdy. Food was awful, no cocktails after 6pm, snacks were left uncovered and flies around. Cake was dry No information about hotel given once you checked in, no one showed us where anything was. Lucky to be a 3 star. I've always booked with yourselves but feel very disappointed.
