    “Wakacje bezglutenowe”

    Przy wyborze tego hotelu kierowałam się dobrymi opiniami i faktem, iż posiada menu bezglutenowe. Sam hotel jest ogromny i trochę się obawiałam ogromnej ilości osób jaka w nim będzie, jednak nie odczułam tego podczas tygodniowego pobytu. Pokoje były codziennie sprzątane, blisko do morza - wystarczyło przejść przez ulicę, jedzenie generalnie dobre, duży wybór, więc klasycznie \"każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie\". Hotel ogólnie ok, jednak nie tak wyobrażałam sobie posiłki bezglutenowe, gdyż muszę się takiej diety trzymać ze względu na celiakię. W pierwszym dniu zostałam oprowadzona przez szefa kuchni po terenie restauracji i przedstawił mi co mogę jeść, a czego nie. W wielkim skrócie: każdego dnia powinnam pytać czy dana potrawa jest bezglutenowa, gdyż na karteczkach jest tylko informacja z nazwą dania, nie ma informacji odnośnie alergenów. Mogłam poprosić o przygotowanie niektórych posiłków jak np. makaron, pizza, pancake w wersji bezglutenowej, ale wiadomo trzeba zaczekać. Kiedy prosiłam o deser bezglutenowy dostawałam ciągle ten sam gotowiec torcik Daim. Byłam tym wszystkim bardzo rozczarowana. W innych hotelach przy każdym daniu na karteczce była informacja o alergenach, a tutaj jedna ogólna kartka A4 odnośnie wszystkich alergenów. O część rzeczy pytałam, ale nie każdy kucharz wiedział i potem musiał pytać innych. Finalnie na większość rzeczy nawet nie patrzyłam, bo nie wyobrażałam sobie każdego dnia o ileś pozycji pytać. Gdybym wiedziała, że tak to będzie wyglądać nie wybrałabym tego hotelu.

    Overall, the hotel was amazing and I would recommend it to everyone but I feel like the entertainment could have been better, especially for the adults. In the evening, there wasn’t much going on and live events ended pretty quickly. The pools were amazing, the facilities were incredible, and the staff were lovely, particularly the housekeepers. I also think the buffet restaurant needs more choices, particularly in the morning.

    Didn't like the fact they let outside guests in hotel day guests . Hotel guests can't get to use the adult pool because it was full of drunken locals on day passes ,also the restaurant and bars were very busy because of this . Also the hotel was full of flies in outside seating areas . Wouldn't go back to this hotel for these reasons

    The biggest and only downside of booking with TUI is your hotel reps. I am not up to speed with Apps and asked for help, with early check ins and was quickly shut down by saying . not our job . Not sure if they not trained as surely this is a reasonable request and can not be the first or even the last to ask for help on this. I also notice , that where ever we go the Reps manner depends on wetheryou book trips through them or not as obviously they get Commission. I go on a budget ,I have learnt not to go to welcome meetings so guess this is why the service and pioliteness is different as not spending money with them. As notice those who get better attenrion.

    Overall we felt the accomodation was excellent. Clean, neutral colours, fairly well maintained, spacious and with lots of storage. A double mattress would have been preferable to 2 single as overtime these started to move apart. Temperature controlled Aircon would be better than the current system. For safety a non slip mat for the bath would be good.
