    Lovely hotel however, food choice was very limited as in children menu was chicken nuggets and chips every night, people smoking around the pool in the none smoking areas, staff saw them and said nothing, one Italian woman even leant against a no smoking sign smoking a cigarette, staff passed her twice, said hello but nothing about her smoking

    Hotel very clean food good if a little samey. Lots of space around pool/sun beds etc but pool very busy, more smoking areas than I am accustomed to. Animation team great but very family orientated. Gym a little tired. Hotel more compact than I was expecting.

    “Don't expect 4 star hotel at all!”

    The only good about hotel is it's perfect location! Some things that could be improved: Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our overall experience at the hotel. The hotel uses air fresheners in almost every areas, whick made us headaches and sick everyday. Our room also had a noticeable humidity and musty smell, which was particularly uncomfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak, especially when taking a shower, and the toilet also had some flushing issues. The bed was very soft and old, which may be a matter of personal preference, but it was not comfortable for us. Another disappointing point was the all-inclusive service. Although the hotel is advertised as all-inclusive, some drinks and services around the pool were only available at specific times. This made the all-inclusive experience feel more limited than expected. We also found it inconvenient that towels and even plastic drinking glasses required a deposit. For an all-inclusive resort, we would expect these things to be included without having to pay a deposit. The sports and activities were only available at fixed times, so there was not much flexibility for guests who wanted to participate at other times. There was also considerable noise from the air-conditioning/cooling system in the room, which could be heard during both the day and night and made it difficult to sleep at night. Finally, the hotel was very crowded, particularly around the pool and common areas, which sometimes made it difficult to find a comfortable place to relax. Overall, we believe the hotel has potential, but these issues should be addressed to make the experience more com fortable and to better match the expectations of an all-inclusive resort.
