Excellent accommodation. Good value. Lovely wooden chalet's on the beach. Staff friendly. Breakfast and foot plentiful and tasty

Apart from the plane that said tui on it, and the cabin crew that had tui on them, you would have know idea that you was on a tui package holiday. I didn't see one tui sign or anything to do with tui in the hotel whatsoever from getting off the plane to getting back on. We could have booked flughts with an alternative company and the hotel direct, we didn't need to use tui at all it made us realise. The hotel experience was verry odd for me. I dont know wether it was the jamaican Culter or just the hotel staff, but I didn't feel welcomed to the hotel/country. I felt like anything i asked was just putting the staff out to the point I stopped asking for things for example, asking for coffee with my breakfast, not getting it, and not pairing ask for the coffee again because they would huff and puff about it. I got the feeling that unless you was a big regular to the hotel they couldn't care less how they made you feel, but then would turn around to the next table and be all over that family and be laughing and joking. Hotel manager Monich was fantastic with our kids, and very pleasant to talk to and the only person I felt comfortable asking things without being made to feel like an inferior person instead of an equal.

Staff were rude and unfriendly. Other guests were aggressive. Food choices very limited. No feel good factor.

Accommodation was absolutely fantastic. Staff were brilliant in every way food rooms where we stayed absolutely brilliant. We are going back next year there is nothing I can say bad about this. Excellent excellent excellent
