    Welcoming reception, nicely decorated. Many spacious outside areas including a quiet pool zone. Good size rooms and balconies which had an outdoor shower and loungers as well as table and chairs. The room had 2 ceiling fans, one in sitting area, the other in the bedroom. However, it was still very hot and air condition would have been a plus. Good sized shower room. The hotel is large and wide so to get to our room, it took 3 sometimes 4 lifts, usually a little walk between them. Overall once you got used to it, it wasn’t a problem though people with mobility issues might be better to ask for lower levels

    It was spacious and well equipped however when reporting issues with the accommodation there were problems. We reported a leaking bathroom sink twice and it was not fixed. A maintenance worker had come out to fix if but failed to do so and as we had already had to report a cockroach in the room which had caused another problem we felt we didn’t want to complain again as we felt that we were being watched by the staff. After my husband had spoken with the assistant manager about the lack of urgency to get the cockroach out of the accommodation it took an hour for someone to come, we then kept seeing her and she kept asking if things we ok. After telling her about the leak and thinking at the time it had been fixed we said things were fine. But we felt silly having to go back and say there was still an issue,

    Basic but clean and comfortable and good size. Air con and fans which were great. Huge balcony with sun loungers really nice too. Nice pool areas and loads of sun beds available. Great location. Lots of stairs between levels not ideal if lifts not working.
