In den Zimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage und ein Heizofen. In den meisten Unterkünften genießen die Gäste von Balkon oder Terrasse einen Ausblick auf das Meer. Zustellbetten können angefordert werden. Außerdem sind ein Safe und ein Schreibtisch verfügbar. Not a bad hotel but food could be better and could do with some entertainment

Really good hotel very modern and clean. Shower room downstairs could use a shelf or hook in the cubicle to hang clean clothes

No snacks bar like they say. Only an hour and a half of entertainment a day. No indoor pool as stated Food is more 2 star than 4 star Lobby staff very polite But pool bar staff terrible attitude Cockroaches in room even higher up

When we got to our room in my opinion it was like a back packers hostel just added on to the back of the main hotel and the sea view we asked for was so far away even with my distance glasses on I could just about see it but it was the view right in front of our room that was horrendous I nicknamed it ‘the ghetto’ disused buildings that had been taken over by homeless people there was also graffiti everywhere it was a complete eyesore not what you expect when you’re pay £1,700 for a holiday Then in our room the patio door wouldn’t lock which I went straight down to tell them about but I had to go down a second time in the end I took them 5 day’s to repair it (I had to move the chair next to the door every night just to feel somewhat safe) There wasn’t even a TUI rep at the hotel I could talk to and I was told by reception that not every hotel has one The food was mediocre breakfast was fine but Saturday night was a bbq who has a bbq in a hotel as a main meal on holiday all in all it was the worst hotel experience I’ve had with TUI you really should look into this hotel as it doesn’t do your brand any favours

Lovely clean hotel, in a great location. Disappointing that the restaurant doesn't open early for early pick ups. We were due to be picked up 7.30 and the restaurant opened at 7.30. I was told point blank , no open even for tea and toast
