    Falls short of a 4*. I would not return. On arrival I was not dropped at the entrance , told to walk down the road with luggage and as a solo traveller. The hotel was clean, the housekeepers do an excellent job. Most of staff friendly and nice. (A few looked as though they didn’t want to be there.) Rep was not very enthusiastic or very helpful in fixing problems. Food was almost always cold. There was a microwave, which suggests they know that the food is not hot. Also saw lunchtime food being put back out for evening meal! The selection of buffet was poor. Having stayed at many 4* AI hotels this has to be worst selection. On many occasions the desserts (again not much choice) would be empty and as if they had no intention of refilling them. Labelling was poor too. For anyone with allergies etc. The snacks included in the AI were poor. A pre packed sandwich. compared to other 4* hotels , very poor. Going out on a day trip one day meant I was missing breakfast and potentially lunch. So I asked reception for a picnic bag to go. They refused, saying it’s law not to make them ?! I asked if I could therefore go in and have an early breakfast, just 10 minutes before opening time. Again it was a straight NO! Not the attitude or customer service you’d expect from a 4 * hotel. Definitely not enough sunbeds for the number of rooms. The roof could not be used, as the jacuzzi doesn’t work and there is no bar. So why would anyone sit up there ? At the end of my holiday a group checked in next door me. They partied all night from 12-7:30!! I didn’t get a minutes sleep. I tried to call the “24 hour” reception to complain. No answer. When I went down in the morning and asked, I was told there is no reception between 11pm & 7am! Only a security guard and he doesn’t answer phone?! So what if I had an emergency in the room on my own?! A security guard should also patrol the corridors? Again another negative making this less than a 4* and not the kind of customer service you would expect. On checkout, they cut your wrist bands and stop your All Inclusive package asking for payment for further purchases. Even if you have late flights. Never had that in any other all inclusive hotel. This is Not advertised on the TUI site when booking.

    A lot of the rooms don't have a reasonable amount of a sea view to call them sea view rooms,there is also a lot of noise that comes from the bus station Reversing sirens etc

    Clean but cockroaches on the top floor. Small rooms with an inconvenient table. Food was variable but overall good. Non smoking which wasn’t advertised but now is stated in hotel description. Staff are obsolete as it’s all self service with very little staff interaction. Entertainment was poor and may as well not have been provided.

    Some of the hotel staff were slightly rude and our all inclusive wristbands were taken from us at 12 even though we did not leave until 21:45. The entertainment could have also been slightly better
