This accommodation is max a 3 star. Extremely old, dated. Carpets worn on all the corridors. Bathrooms extremely old. This is not a 5 star. Service was horrific, we were spoken to like children by the staff. Every food order was incorrect and they couldn’t care less. The hotel is FAR too busy, weddings, graduations, swim teams. The residents are an inconvenience and are not treated very well. Cleanliness was so bad in the breakfast buffet. Never again

Very busy family noisy hotel especially the pool areas, the pool activity program was horrendously noisy, and not attended by many , the location is good but the huge trees blocking light and Seaview spoilt it.

Coral beach resort is a lovely hotel with friendly staff. We had a lovely holiday but there are a few areas that would benefit from improvement. Some of the sunbeds and parasols were in need of maintenance. The pool attendant was very helpful putting up parasols that weren't operating as they should, but he shouldn't have had to. The hotel and grounds include many steps and may not be entirely suitable for people with mobility issues. There are lifts to every floor but they are located within the hotel so not ideal if you just want to go to the pool bar from the garden area. It didn't impact us but could be an issue for other customers.

Its absolutely beautiful hotel beautiful grounds own beach. Room with sea view absolutely amazing, friendly with smil staff from cleaners to managers. So many restaurants with beautiful views and amazing food and service. Bar staff so great, in the evening they take order from your comfy sofa or tables in the hall or terrace outside, even prosecco including in all inclusive. A little harbour here as well with great guys running water sports -we had fab time. Its safe anywhere on hotel grounds, if you leave handbag or phone. Its third time we were in this hotel and always had an amazing relaxing fulfilling holiday without any problems or stress just enjoyed every minute. And tiu send you text about everything you need to know your transfer, your flight etc so helpful.
