Show moreMost of the hotel was in excellent condition and well maintained - particularly the communal areas (pool, dining room, lobby etc). However our room itself was tired and not in the best condition. Old, discoloured and leaky AC units with brown water stains all over the inside of the cupboard, wall paper peeling off, no curtain on the updairs window (it's quite sunny in Turkey!), the \"double bed\" was a sofa bed with an extra thin mattress laid on top.
Show moreOne room was infested with mosquitoes and ants (20-30 mosquitoes on the curtain alone) and numerous ants along the patio door. Reception and guest relations told us they could not move party until the following day as no rooms available. When told party would sleep in the lobby for the night, they miraculously found a new room. Reception staff and guest relations staff were initially unhelpful and hostile until they witnessed the infestation herself. 6 of us had diarrhoea whilst on holiday then 7 has come home with sickness and diarrhoea. One of the chicken wings my son ate (who was one who had diarrhoea whilst on holiday) was pink - we have photo evidence of this. One of the hotel staff was hosing the floor one morning and I slipped and hit my knee on the floor.
Show moreUnser Urlaub war sehr sehr schön. Hinflug, Hotel alg., Hotelzimmer, Essen, sehr lobenswert war die Animation (was dort gemacht wird ist der Hammer). Rücktransfer vom hotel zum Flughafen war auch sehr gut. Was leider überhaupt nicht funktionierte war der Hintransfer. (Privat Transfer) Der Fahrer stand nicht am besagten Ort bzw. hatte auch kein Schild mit unserem Namen. Mehrmals dem Fahrer das Hotel sagen müssen. Aber trotzdem war der Urlaub sehr schön!
