    “Club hotel dolphine”

    Personalen! ❤️ Alla otroligt trevliga, hjälpsamma och serviceinriktade. God mat och härligt poolområde. Solstolarna är en liten bit från poolen och värt att veta för barnfamiljer med mindre barn. Havet är mycket strömt och det är röd flagg för bad alltid. För havsbad får man ta sig ca 6 km. Boka resor med See Lanka och Nipun för kvalitetsresor. Vi är jättenöjda med resan!

    This hotel was one that we had visited on 2 previous occasions. Both times the best experiences we ever had with Tui. This year it has managed to transform itself from one of the best we ever had to one of the worst we ever had. The standards overall has dropped to an u recognisable level.where more importance seems to be put on the huge meetings of Sri Lankan people than any emphasis of importance put on their Tui guests. We felt as though we were byproducts. My partner took with him despite my objections nearly a million rupees with him to give away to staff as tips .He came back with most of that money left.Even though we were selected by the hotel for a repeater special meal in a separate restaurant with all the other repeat guests again this special meal was cold and inedible.this was despite my partner complaining on the previous day to their customer service manager who assured me that my points would be taken forward to the head chef. So you can imagine our feelings that this special meal reflected the misery that we were already suffering in the general restaurant. They could not even get it right and serve my partner and myself a hot meal on their special dinner. What made this even worse that he had a long conversation with manager and you would think that they could manage to serve a hot meal on this special occasion.
