Łazienka brudna zapleśniała Pokój nawet nie pozamiatany,smród pleśni rzeczy potrafiły śmierdzieć pleśnią ,zero pomocy w języku polskim tylko wspaniały pan Adam zawsze pomocny reszta masakra, wejście do pokoju po deskach personel na recepcji straszny śmiejący się Polakom w twarz to nie było miłe,jak pan Adam miał wolne to potrafili powiedzieć nie ma Adama nikt się wami nie zajmie.Straszne poniżenie

“Gutes Essen, ziemlich runtergekommene Zimmer..”

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Poolanlagen sauber und das Essen wirklich lecker! Aber die Zimmer waren wirklich nicht schön. Sehr abgenutzt, Klospülung hat kaum funktioniert….unsere Zimmer waren alle im Erdgeschoss, jeder konnte reinsehen - daher mussten wir alle Vorhänge zuziehen wenn wir im Raum waren.. Es war auch sehr sehr hellhörig! Es war trotzdem sehr schön, weil wir uns kaum im Zimmer aufgehalten haben, aber ein 2. Mal wirds nicht geben

Das Hotel war sehr schön. Das Personal sehr gut organisiert. Der Hotelmanager Burak Koç hat sich jeden Tag und am Abend um sein Personal und vor allem um die Belange der Gäste gekümmert. Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass der Hotelmanager persönlich mit angepackt hat, hier schon! Ein riesiges Lob an ihn und seine Maßstäbe, die er abgesetzt und vorgelebt hat. Das Personal war höflich zuvorkommend. Die Anlage gut und immer um Besserung bemüht.

We spent a wonderful week at this hotel with our family. Check-in & Airport Transfer: The transfer from the airport was fast and efficient, taking about 25 minutes. Check-in went very smoothly. We were the only family from Poland arriving at that time and were assigned a dedicated guest assistant, Adar. He was fantastic and spoke remarkably fluent Polish! You could reach out to him regarding anything, and he was always extremely helpful, ensuring our stay was as perfect as possible. Having visited Turkey about six times now, this was the best level of care we've ever experienced. Room: We got what was probably the best room in the house! Although we booked a Deluxe Room, we received a free upgrade to a Deluxe Family Room. It was huge (around 50–55 m^2), featuring a massive master bedroom and a separate kids' room behind sliding doors. The room had a stunning view of both the sea and the infinity pool. Grounds & Pools: The hotel is built on a hillside with a lovely cascade design—very well-maintained and pleasant for walking around. The main infinity pool is huge, and we had no trouble finding free sunbeds. There's also a smaller pool near the main dining area and an aquapark with several slides, which was more than enough for our needs. Bars & Dining: The pool bartenders were quick and efficient. They offered a solid selection of imported alcohol, including Polish Wyborowa vodka! The food was delicious and varied, with no issues regarding long queues or waiting for a free table. The restaurant staff handled everything seamlessly—special thanks to our best waiter Furkan (aka Mateusz)! À la Carte & Entertainment: We used our complimentary à la carte dinner at the seafood restaurant. The service was delightful, accompanied by live music (though if I had to nitpick, the music could have been a bit quieter to allow for easier conversation). Kids' animations and a mini disco were available, though we didn't use them. Huge praise for the evening entertainment—the concerts and events were great. Beach & Connectivity: The beach is on the smaller side, which is probably the only minor downside. Wi-Fi worked well across the entire resort. Getting to Bodrum was super easy via local minibuses (dolmuş) that depart right from the hotel every 20 minutes for around €1.50.Overall, we had a fantastic week in a wonderful, spotless hotel with breathtaking views. A huge thank you to all the staff—you are doing a phenomenal job!
