    On the first night I started that our balcony room door would not lock. The man on reception on arrival was very nice and offered to move us room just for the one night but said it would be fixed by the morning. The door was fixed 2 days before we left. It did cause anxiety when we was out as we have previously been broken into while on holiday which I did express my concern! We only used breakfast twice. We went down first thing and it was all the ‘hot food’ was so cold!! Almost like they just put it out to heat up under the heat lamps. Some staff seemed friendlier then others at the hotel but as I mentioned the room twice with the balcony door not locking I got the vibe that they just wasn’t intrested. I couldn’t find out how to contact my tui rep through the app either as we didn’t have one in our hotel. Also our mini fridge only just bout a slight chill on drinks. I was hoping to use it to keep sandwiches in but it was no where near cold enough to keep chilled food in. The pictures they use to advertise on the website are nothing like what they put you in either.

    Hotel is not 4 stars Rooms are very dated Food at its best is very repeative and warm Pool area and bar service is very good

    We had to change rooms. There was no entertainment on the night time and nothing in the day. The hotel was a 40 min walk to the strip. The food was the same thing all the time which was boring and not a lot to chose from
