I have written this at the beginning of the survey so hopefully you can read it but overall its the worst holiday I've had in all the 48 years of travelling abroad

The rooms we clean but tatty. Bedding was changed daily & towels which I liked. The toliet brush was disgusting. Round the pool was full of ants. You couldn't sun bath without them crawling on you and not able to put your bag under the sunlouger for them. Everywhere was full of Bees because no one came round and pick up glasses or plates from round the pool throughout the day. They need to learn how to clean as no where was the best. The glass round the pool was smeared as not cleaned right. Food was lovely & staff but considering the state of the place had me worried about the kitchen area. When you ordered a drink at the bar it had ants crawling all over it. It was disgusting. I complained twice & nothing changed. It needs taking off your list as I am surprised you have hotels like that on your list.

Very disappointing experience – important information not disclosed We were extremely disappointed with our stay. TUI did not clearly explain in the accommodation description that there would be 3 cats and 2–3 dogs regularly around the food and dining areas. We also unexpectedly found cats on our balcony. On one occasion, a cat was sitting on our chair, which had our clothes and a semi-dry swimsuit on it. Unfortunately, everything was covered in cat hair and there was also cat urine on the chair and our belongings. This was very unpleasant and completely unacceptable, especially as this information had not been made clear when we booked. We feel TUI should have been much more transparent about the presence of several animals around the accommodation, particularly in areas where guests eat and relax. Had we known about this beforehand, we would have seriously reconsidered booking this

The standard of the food was not the best and I would have liked to try more of the traditional food of Greece. The only snack that was available beyond meal times was ice cream. The selection of drinks was very limited. The staff of the hotel were great, very helpful and friendly

Super clean and well worth the money
