    Recommended

    Accomodation as a hotel looked more modern in the photo reality is a bit different then in the photos but we still enjoyed it. I think hotel was renovating the other side but our was still quite old, also lift didn’t work and we been sat on the 4th floor, it didn’t bother us a lot as in the end staff was helpful with luggages and made us feel warm and welcome and always very helpful.

    Boring with awful evening entertainment. During day ok. Spotless. Staff nice. Rep not interested. Food repetitive although nice enough. No value for money.

    Very dated room, lots of maintenance issues reported and ignored altogether or until raised again, buffet experience very unpleasant due to lack of A/C . Staff and entertainment excellent

    Very surprised this is even listed as a tui holiday but I guess everyone falls into the trap of the Catalonia riveria maya ! The rooms are so old do not expect this in a tui holiday , the food absolutely a joke when there is steamed broccoli and cauliflower for breakfast, lunch and dinner , the so called other restaurants you could book so many times in 14 nights are equally awful cold food vile tasting not worth it , we ended up eating out at extreme cost for 11 of the 14 nights , around the pool area were groups and of people it seemed like a spring break vacation loud screaming playing there own music via Bluetooth speakers which are not allowed , cues at the bar beyond a joke and as soon as one person was served half a dozen of his friends would turn up , late night noise 3-4 in the morning people running round the hotel making noise
