    Room was in bad need of a upgrade decorating, tiles on floor broken with holes paint peelingoff doors , bathroom was way past it's sell by date chrome fittings were green as chrome had come off in basin and bath/shower . The cleaner did there best but overall can't make a silk purse out of a pigs ear .

    Poor hygiene, bath dirty, shower bad, bath tap worked at same time. Tap in sink was grimy and big chip in work top that you could have cut your hand on? Air con was poor fridge didn’t work and the safe didn’t work. I complained and the safe was changed but that was it?

    The hotel is tired and dated. The standard of the food in the buffet restaurant is appalling. The themed restaurants weren't much better. Food in the Burger restaurant was undercooked even after we complained and in the Italian restaurant it was bland.

    Unfortunately the pictures on TUI website doesn't reflect the reality. On the TUI website our room looked fantastic, however when we have been checked in to the room it turned to be a disaster. The room was very dated, tired and old. In the bathroom all the taps and shower heads were rusted, a lot of mould everywhere. And the smell was disgusting. We have been forced to pay £650 to upgrade the room. Also we went all inclusive so as per usual we were expecting to be able to have an access to all restaurants, however even we have paid for an upgrade we couldn't. Suddenly we have been told that we have to be \"Exclusive\" or \"Privilege\" to be able to use all facilities. Why these options are not provided on the TUI website at the time of booking? We would happily pay extra to enjoy more of the holiday. We have been travelling with TUI for past 20years but this time is was really bad experience. Tried to complain to the TUI rep based in hotel but been turned down and advised to complain once returned back to UK. We are very disappointed and would like to get compensated for the room upgrade.
