    Our room was an old one and tired but very clean. Having said that the bed was comfortable and the big hottub bath was amazing. Aircon didn’t work well enough. I’m sure the new refurbed rooms are much better. It’s the kind of hotel where you are allowed to put your towels on sunbeds during the night and then they are not used all day. In a week we got a sunbed once at 4pm. The all inclusive drinks were poor and no fresh orange. The food was very good in al a carte restaurants but not in buffet. Restaurants have to be booked 2-3days in advance so not great food for the first few days. Sargassum in July was terrible. Unable to get into the sea at all which isn’t their fault but a shame. Perfect weather though. Trips were amazing but very expensive. Rep was amazing at helping us book them. Just not the experience I expected from a tui hotel and the airport experience at Punta carna is one I’ll never do again!

    Room was very dated and the air conditioning was awful. Had to complain in the end as was leaking and left puddles on the floor. There was mould on the ceiling and around the vent and the room smelt very damp. The light fittings on the wall were at an strange angel and not straight and the floor lamp was not working at all. No kettle in the room and they didnt seem to understand that we dont drink coffee! Every day had to go and get hot water tea bags and milk. Did eventually get a kettle after complaining to the manager regarding the Airconditioning and the lack of kettle but still had to get teabags milk and sugar every morning Bathroom ceiling was warped and the toilet didnt flush correctly (which my husband fixed)

    The problem with this hotel was the rooms. Our first room the AC didn't work, we were moved the next evening. The second room there was a fault with the lights, they kept shorting out. The bath plug didn't work so couldn't enjoy the luxury bath. The TV didn't work for the last 6 days. Complaint's were made several times but nothing was done to rectify.

    The rooms do need an update but we were content with a bath in the room. The f and b staff were very good. The transfers and check in at the departure airport was the worst I have ever experienced.
