    “Nicht weiter zu empfehlen”

    Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Personal war nett. Wir konnten nur von unserem Balkon auf das Nachbars Hotel schauen keine Sonne und unten die Lüfter vom Hotel war einfach zu laut .

    Advertised by yourselves as 5* it certainly is not, lights and aircon not working bathroom bin still of someone else’s detritus. The whole hotel needs refurbishing.

    “Leider kein Zimmer frei”

    Ich musste die erste Nacht in einem anderen Hotel verbringen. Außerdem hat der Abfluss stark nach Kloake gestunken, was auch zweimal nicht durch das Personal behoben werden konnte.

    “Hotel Castival Side”

    A good hotel with good food. It is best suited for a relaxing stay; it is quiet and free of intrusive entertainment staff, which is very important to me. We didn't get bored with the food during our stay—there was something new at every lunch and dinner, everything was fresh, and there was plenty of variety. We arrived when the hotel was fully booked and our rooms weren't available, so we were offered a night at another 4-star hotel. It turned out to be a good hotel, though, so I’m not complaining; on the contrary, it was a pleasant and interesting experience. Overall, I am happy with the vacation.

    Not quite as images suggested. Rooms has strange smell and were quite small. Only ‘cleaned’ once every 3 days no new towels during that time. ‘All inclusive’ but had to pay for quite a few extras. Food wasn’t good very bland and lukewarm. Pools were good and clean. Lifeguards were obviously to what was happening at both pools and sea. The beach area was dirty and the food wasn’t safe to eat we felt. Raw chicken skewers served, food left uncovered all day long had to pay extra for cocktails at beach that were free at hotel. Ice cream only available for 2 hours a day by the pool only. Some staff were lovely and very friendly but majority felt like they didn’t want to be there or we were an inconvenience to them. Need more tables at the evening entertainment section
