It was not a hotel, just a building with 10 rooms of which we undoubtedly had the worst due to our room (201) being up two flights of stairs rather than one flight for the room (101) below us. The view was of the rusty fire escape of the next door building and the back of the kitchen of the restaurant on the next street. Lack of storage meant living out of the suitcase. The decor was low grade and slapdash with a couple of strange protuberances in the floor. Bed was comfortable though. The balcony was about 8ft by 2ft, barely room for a table and two chairs which made accessing them difficult

Unmanned reception. Bathroom unfinished - tiles need to be placed on the floor and walls. Also, the shower needs a wall fixing. No drawers in the room, so had to live out of our suitcases. No facility to enable a late checkout. Breakfast at the Brotherhood Bistro was OK but no choice on a daily basis. This is definitely not a 4T accommodation!

Very small room no wardrobe space , no drawers has to keep clothing in suitcases and hand from curtain pole . Just two hangars. Shower would not stay mounted , tiny shower which meant everything got sprayed. Change of location for breakfast no flexilibity on breakfast , could not even have a fruit juice and a coffee
