    Stated in the first message, we asked for a honeymoon hotel, romantic, calm and spa vibes. The hotel TUI recommended to us was a party hotel, we were up multiple nights until 3am due to the parties, the service was horrendous and the walls in the room were thin, you could hear people talking in the next room clearly. Both our flights were delayed, it was described to us as a relaxing honeymoon destination not an IBIZA CLUB HOUSE EXPERIENCE. Our honeymoon was completely ruined

    Everything just happened and it was great. We had an issue with the concierge on the last day regarding getting our bags from the room to the pickup point which was a shame, but other than that everything was great. Food was great, condition was great, entertainment was great. Choice of restaurants was amazing, we were there 14 nights and didn't eat in the same restaurant twice, and all included.

    The out bound flight crew were amazing as I have a food allergy and TUI had tried to inform them as I had but that must not of got through, I think that the crew gave me their sandwich so I could have a meal. You need to be able to inform TUI flights of food allergies . Return flight , sorted it but not as helpful . The accommodation (room) was a bit dated the doors were hanging off , but the resort itself was beautiful.
